Our chickens roam free in the olive grove, they help us naturally fertilize the olive trees, manage pests and produce great tasting eggs. They enjoy the protection and shade that the olive trees provide them, a natural environment that resembles their jungle fowl ancestry.
Our commercial brown laying hens include hybrids such as Hyline and Lohmann Browns, they produce traditionally well known brown eggs.
